We have assisted a number of companies in applications to ICANN for new Top Level Domains and drawn up their policies. At ICANN we monitor current developments closely, together with the resulting need for action by registries.

Based on our long experience of abuse management, we act for many registries as the Abuse Point of Contact required by ICANN regulations, correspond with complainants and public authorities, and make recommendations on responding to complaints in a way that avoids the risk of liability. If desired, we can provide this as a full service to registries, including taking the necessary measures and corresponding with registrars.
